HIIT Class & Core4

We offer two different group classes here at Variant.

Our 30 min HIIT Fit class is every Mon, Wed, Fri at 7:00 am and 12:00 pm and is a great choice for getting a quick but efficient lift either before your work/school day or during your lunch break. 

​

Our Core 4 class is an hour long strength based class every Tues and Thurs. Core 4 is a more advanced class that involves multiple compound movements per session. It is a great training session that follows basic strength training principles to build both strength and power.
