Small Group Privates

Small Group Privates give you unlimited access to a trainer while following your personalized program. Unlike group classes, these sessions focus entirely on your individualized program, with expert guidance to complete your workout in under 60 minutes.

How it works

Complete Onboarding

  • Test: Begin with a full mobility, flexibility, and strength assessment to identify imbalances and performance baselines.

  • Treat: Receive a physical therapy screen with Dr. John Sakoda to address limitations and reduce injury risk.

  • Train: Complete a 1:1 introductory session where your coach walks you through your personalized program and app setup.

Book A Small Group Private

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or it’s your first time here, we know starting something new can feel a little intimidating. We recommend booking a Small Group Private, where a trainer will guide you through your personalized program and help you get comfortable from day one.

Test in the Lab

After completing 6–8 weeks of your initial program, it’s time to check your progress. Schedule a Biomechanics Lab session to reassess, fine-tune your plan, and see your results backed by data.
