If you are training for longevity this is worth a read.
VOâ‚‚ max is one of the best metrics that reveals how efficiently your heart and lungs are truly performing, beyond how you feel during a workout. We offer tailored training programs to meet all your health and performance goals.
Why Care?
Everyone, especially those over 40, should care about VOâ‚‚ max because it reflects how well your heart and lungs support your energy, performance, and long term health.
Who Should Test?

-
Individuals focused on long term health and longevity.
-
Individuals on a weightless and heart health program.
-
Individuals who feel stuck or not progressing.
-
Becomes especially valuable after 40+.
-
After 30, one's cardiovascular capacity naturally declines by about 10 percent per decade, often without realizing it.

Highly Individualized programming:

By knowing your number, we can tailor your training to improve cardiovascular capacity, track real progress, and train at the right intensity. The result is better energy, stronger performance, and a proactive approach to maintaining your health and independence long term.

Other Options to Test
If you want an option that doesn't involve the metabolic cart, we have found 3 ways to estimate submaximal VO2.
These include a 2000m row, a 12 min run, or a 1 mile walk. While they are not as accurate as using the metabolic cart, they can give you an idea of your current level or allow you to test more often to see progress frequently. If you would like to know more about these tests or want to start training specifically to take one, ask one of our trainers for more information.
